I am unable to send or receive email
1. Verify that your computer is able to see the Internet and/or other computers to ensure that your computer is not encountering a connection issue, which would be causing your e-mail issue. 2. Ensure that you are not using Outlook in "Offline Mode". On top left in Outlook select "Send/Receive" in toolbar "Work offline" should be un-selected.

Remove cached emails from Outlook
Click New Email from the outlook window. Start typing an email to a frequent recipient that has an invalid email address. Hover your mouse over the right side of that address and click the delete button, or alternatively use your arrows keys to highlight the address and press the delete key on your keyboard. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to remove the remaining cached addresses. Once you have removed the legacy addresses that were cached, find that person in the address list when you send them an email next time, and their new email will be cached for you.

Schedule a Teams meeting in Outlook
Microsoft Teams includes the Outlook add-in, which lets you create new Teams meetings directly from Outlook. It also lets people view, accept, or join meetings in either app. To schedule a meeting, open Outlook and switch to the calendar view. Click New Teams Meeting at the top of the view. Add your invitees to the To field—you can even invite entire contact groups (formerly known as distribution lists). Add your meeting subject, location, start time, and end time. Then click Send. You can also invite people from outside your organization from Outlook. Just be sure to add them as guests before the meeting starts or they will have to join anonymously.
