1. If the devices have usb connections, disconnect the keyboard or mouse and then reconnect them into different usb ports than they were connect to before. 2. If the keyboard or mouse has a ps/2 connection, unplug them and then plug them right back in. If that doesn't work, restart the computer. You may have to press and hold the power button until the computer turns off if you haven't any access to a pointing device or a working keyboard.

1. While pressing the "Ctrl" key, use the mouse wheel to either shrink or enlarge the web browser text.

1. If compressing more than one file move desired files to there own folder if not in one already. 2. Locate the file or folder that you want to zip.  3. Right-click the file or folder, select Send to, and then select Compressed (zipped) folder.  4. A new zipped folder with the same name is created in the same location. To rename it, right-click the folder, select Rename, and then type the new name.

1. To scan a individual file Right-click the file or folder, select option to "Scan with Anti-Virus". 2 . Scan the entire computer, double click the Sophos icon  from the task bar. Note if you do not see the icon click the up arrow by clock to see more options. One open select Scan option. 3. Once scan is complete results will show.

Follow the steps below to prevent adobe from lagging and getting stuck at not responding often: Go into Preferences (in the Top left Menu) and disable enhanced security. (no checkbox on Enable Enhanced security) Disable any online storage under the general settings. (No checkbox for "Show online storage...)
