1. If compressing more than one file move desired files to there own folder if not in one already.

2. Locate the file or folder that you want to zip. 

3. Right-click the file or folder, select Send to, and then select Compressed (zipped) folder. 

4. A new zipped folder with the same name is created in the same location. To rename it, right-click the folder, select Rename, and then type the new name.
