Update your email signature in Outlook
Create your signature for Microsoft Outlook emails
- Open Microsoft Outlook. In the main Outlook window, on the File menu, click Options, click Mail, and then click Signatures
- In the box Enter a name for your new signature, type a name (example: Signature)
Click OK.
- Highlight the example signature (shown below), right click and copy it. Click in the signature box and hit CTRL+V. Update the lines with your current information. If you do not have a fax number you can delete the line entirely, this will apply to any other numbers you don’t have.

- When you finish editing the new signature, click Save. Then click the dropdown on the right side as pictured and select your newly created signature name. Do this for at least New Messages. Click Save, then click OK
- The signature should now show as the default signature for “signatures for new messages.”
- You can now create a new email to test that the signature appears correctly.
