How to contact the IT department

Describe your issue with as much detail as possible so we can assist you promptly and efficiently. You can also view any open tickets you have in the same portal, and browse some of the knowledge base articles we have created.

Send an email to this address giving us moderate detail of your issue,
screenshots, or error messages and a ticket will be generated for you
automatically. Once a ticket is created someone will be assigned to that
ticket and will contact you via phone or email.

Phone Number : (855) 917-8776 You can call this number at any time, and if someone
doesn’t answer you can leave a voicemail and a ticket will be created
with your voice message. Below are the two options you are presented with
when calling the support line.
Option 1 During business hours M-F 8 AM – 5 PM CST
Option 2 After hours M-F 5 PM – 8 AM CST and All day Saturday and Sunday
